The design work involved a major shift away from a committee and team structure that had become way too complex for the needs of the business.

Pawprint worked with the leadership of this emerging company on a fundamental redesign of its internal operations, in order to move away from a top-down, CEO dominated decision making structure. The resulting organization design was one in which product teams were formed and given more accountability, decision making was pushed down and across the organization, and decision making processes were clearly articulated and communicated across the organization.
